Jawlati was founded in 2023 by three childhood friends who grew up exploring Aseer's misty peaks. What began as weekend hiking trips with family and friends evolved into a mission to share the region's magic with the world.
Our founder, Abdulaziz Almalawi Mohammad, left his corporate career in Riyadh after witnessing international tourists struggling to access authentic mountain experiences. He returned to Abha with a vision: creating tourism that respects the land while empowering the 47 villages that call these highlands home.
Today, Jawlati is more than a tour company—we are custodians of Aseeri culture, partnering with local artisans, farmers, and storytellers to ensure every journey supports the community that raised us.
